APPLICATION SUBMISSION - ARTISTS ART FAIR, MAY 2019
IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Artists Art Fair collects personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us (such as when you submit an application or subscribe to our newsletter).
We store the data (electronically and/or physically) taking all the necessary security measures.
We use the data we collect for the purpose of carrying out our obligations towards you and the law.
We are obliged to retain these data for the amount of time dictated by applicable legislation.
You have the right to access, modify and delete your personal data, as well as the right to their portability for transfer.
Should you wish to exercise this right, please send us a request via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . You have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of your data by us.
Please understand that such withdrawal would compromise our ability to perform our obligations towards you and/or the law and may automatically lead to termination of your right to use the siteand any collaboration between you and the site.
1.1 The application constitutes a binding contract. By submitting your Application, you immediately agree to participate in The Artists Art Fair, if selected.
1.2 The Artists Art Fair will only consider fully completed applications.
1.3 All Applicants will be notified by e-mail regarding the acceptance or non-acceptance of their Application.
1.4 We reserve the right to decline your application to participate in The Artists Art Fair without having to justify our decision to you.
2.1 Stands will be allocated subject to availability. The Exhibitor reserves the right to request a different stand size from the one offered,
but the Organizer cannot guarantee that the request will be accommodated.
2.2 The allocation of the stands within the exhibition area is determined by the organizer.
Applicants accepted to exhibit in the fair will receive a contract, which they are obliged to return signed within 15 days of acceptance, along with a payment of 30% of the total amount due for their participation.
The payment is due in 3 installments:
30% of the balance is due upon acceptance to the fair.
30% is due 45 days prior to the opening of the fair.
40% is due 15 days prior to the opening of the fair.
All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Exhibitors, who fail to deposit full payment for their stand 10 days prior to the opening of the fair will not be permitted to exhibit.
All payments are final. If the exhibitor, at any point and for whatever reason, decides to cancel their participation, they agree that they will receive no refund for already deposited funds.
